JodyJazz Headquarters moves to Savannah, Georgia
Many people are quite shocked when they hear that we have moved out of New York City. This is a family motivated move. My fiancé, Brie, and I have bought a house on the same block as my brother in beautiful Savannah. Our shop is one block away and is great. If you have never been to Savannah, I’ll just say that it is one of my three favorite places in the United States. We invite everyone to make Savannah a vacation destination and visit JodyJazz while you are there. I’m now scheduling private lessons for visiting saxophonists who are interested in studying with me.

Our new Address and Contact Info:

The move to Savannah does not change our commitment to making the highest quality mouthpieces and maintaining our great record of consistency and customer service. We will miss our friends in New York very much but I will still be traveling to shows and clinics around the world as well as visiting New York at least four times a year. For those of you visiting New York, don’t forget about our dealers in the City. You can always find our dealers by going to “Locations”, on our website and then select your State or Country.

George Garzone DVD, “The Triadic Chromatic Approach”, due out in September, Published by JodyJazz
I’m excited, honored and proud to be producing and publishing what I think will be one of the most significant DVD’s that you may ever purchase.

This DVD is a unique look into the music and improvisational concept of one of the greatest saxophonists of our time. Featuring Mike Mainieri, Frank Tiberi, John Lockwood, Bob Gullotti, and Chris Crocco. If you immerse yourself into the Garzone sound, you will take your musicianship to the next level.

George Garzone has dedicated his life to the saxophone, to improvisation and to teaching. “The Triadic Chromatic Approach”, can be enjoyed on so many levels; as a pure music album, as an interactive play along, and as an instructional DVD. The recording is all finished and the playing is phenomenal. You’ll be hearing more about this exciting product in the next couple of months. If you are interested in being inspired and taking your playing to the next level you’ll want this DVD. We are now taking pre-orders, which will insure that you will get your copy as soon as it is ready to be shipped. Please Click Here for more information.

More Great Reviews!

"Surprisingly, the DV NY alto #5 plays even warmer than Espina’s hard rubber alto models, and it’s versatile enough to accommodate players in many contexts, from a loud rock show to a quiet little art gallery performance."

"DV Bari..It may be the best metal bari mouthpiece on the market."

William Sadler has written a comprehensive review of all of our mouthpieces in one of the most interesting and inventive formats I’ve ever seen. You’ll enjoy this one on Sax on the Web.
